Does anyone pay for a LinkedIn premium subscription? Is it worth it? I am job hunting and I have several anonymous viewers of my profile that I would love to identify.

I found it valuable while job hunting to know who was looking at my background.

Post job-hunt, I only see it as valuable if you'll be working heavily interfacing with clients.

I have my profile settings open to be searched and viewed, but I have several views that say “LinkedIn Member- This member chose to be shown as anonymous”

If the viewer chooses to be anonymous, being a paying member won't change this. They will still be anonymous to you. I just confirmed this with LinkedIn.

could you share some tips how you connect with big 4 partners and recruiters for job hunting? I just set up an account and only have a few friends, but none of them can referred me to big 4. thanks
