    Hi all!

I recently cleared all 4 parts of my CPA exam. I am an international candidate and sat for the exams in Dubai. I applied for my NTS through Alaska State Board but for licensing Alaska state requires SSN which I do not have. How do I transfer my exam credit to some other favorable state like Guam or New York that does not have a SSN requirement? What is the general procedure for this?

Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks!

ofarooqi, usually the state board website of the state that you are transferring to will have information about how to transfer to them, and the process usually varies some from state to state. I think that for my state (KY – which, by the way, doesn't have a residency or SSN requirement) they have a special form to fill out if you're transferring scores, not sure the rest of the process though. I'd pick which one you'd like to go through, then research that specific one and/or contact them to ask what you need to do.
