For those who have taken the ethics exam, how many question are there and are they multiple choice?

I don't remember how many (roughly 40-50), but they were multiple choice. My advice is to skip the course and work the questions (is that ethical?). You won't be able to google them but you can research them. Probably took me close to 2 hours to research the questions and pass on my first attempt.

Is there a time limit once i start working on the questions? I know i have the material for a year..and i can i easily switch between questions and the material and pick up where i left off on the questions?

If it's the AICPA course, I think you can start and stop as necessary.

No time limit on the AICPA course (at least there was not a clock and I took a very long time), but I wasn't confident that if I shut down mid-test, the answers would still be there when I reopened. There was not an option to save. I guess you can always start a test, fill in the first 5 with random answers, shut down, and see if they're still there. And yes, you can easily flip back and forth from the course material to the test if you have them in different windows.

Also, if you do take the course, you can get it done a lot faster by turning down the volume and reading instead of listening. That dude reads at a snail's pace.
