What job is better and why? Which is more high-level? Which one pays more? Which one gives you more opportunities in the long-run?

Try again. Absolutely no one will be able to tell you anything of use with the info you have given.

What additional info? It is not uncommon to see people moving to Financial Analyst positions after they worked as Staff Accountants or even Auditors. It is also uncommon to see people becoming Controllers after they have worked as FAs, I guess, because they know operational side much better and can work with budgets, not just with Financial Accounting & Reporting. So I am asking is it worth to become FA after working as an Accountant?

I was a financial analyst for 3.5 years and then moved into the Accounting Manager (Assistant Controller) position. The financial analyst that came after me was an auditor before he took that position. It's not extremely difficult to move. It just depends on what type of experience you get in those positions while you have them. In our company the finance and accounting departments work closely together so exposure across department lines is more likely. In a company where the two departments work more independently you may not be able to get the same amount of exposure to add to a resume. It really just depends.
