    Has anyone received this yet? I saw on the website Q1 should receive it by April 15.. I passed my last exam early March. Is there a form or something I should’ve submitted?

    I'm in NY and received mine sometime after my last reply to this thread.

    @Bourne Did you move between your first and last test? Is your last test attendance confirmation showing your current address? If yes you should receive it anytime now.

    I checked my last score report they emailed me and it doesn't have my apartment number on it. Now I'm gonna have to wait months to receive this thing lol thanks guys
