I would say LLC's are a desirable entity choice for 95% of businesses that don't have the intention of going public or getting significant outside investment.

S corps are also potentially a good option for self-employment tax reasons, but you can always switch to one in the future when your income makes the extra complications worthwhile.

Of course, it depends on your specific circumstances so make sure you do your research.
