I sent in my transcripts and remittance form a few weeks ago, how long does it take for them to give me my NTS? It’s taking forever, I wanted to take BEC by Apr 1 so I can take another section in the same testing window.

When I login, it says under status that they received my payment on 3/5/15. Do you think i’tll come in time for me to schedule for the first week of April?

Is this your first section? Usually takes longer for the first one. It's been so long for me that I can't remember how long it took and it may depend on what state you're in.

It took me over a month to get my first NTS. It also took a couple of calls to NASBA to get my transcripts straightened out.

Not to be a downer but you'll be cutting it really close. And you also need to keep in mind that your Prometrics site might not have available seating until a little bit later in the month. My only suggestion is to give them a call and see if they can give you a status update. The site stinks at how little information it provides to you so you may need to call and they can tell you more.

You want to take BEC “by Apr 1”?

March is a blackout month. There is no way to take anything between now and April 1st.

Besides, dates fill up quick. You may get lucky and get an appointment on April 1st, or the first week of April (if someone cancels their existing appointment), but that's a long shot at this point, as that is only 2 weeks away.

Ill have to call them. I wanted to take it the first day after the blackout is over.. So april 1, or april 2. I'll take any day of the first week of April but the longer I want the less time I have for the second section in the following testing window. (Assuming I pass) I already started study for BEC and I have 3 weeks so hopefully that'll be enough time.
