Hi everyone, I recently got my CPA and started interviewing in my city. I submitted my resume to a friend of mine at recruiting over at the private company, and the very next day, got an email from their recruiter to set up a phone interview. I am wondering what are your thoughts on this move, and what should I expect going into private, with my CPA in hand. I am interested in how to bring up the CPA during comp. talks to see if there is opportunity for growth within the role I will interview for. Please share your thoughts.
