So I see signatures were added back, but I joined this forum after they were removed. Whenever I click anything on the forum I get a popup that says I have an incomplete study profile, and when I click to change it or click to change my signature when I see a post of mine, I get a blank web page that says “Sorry, cannot access this page”, anyone else experiencing this? If so, anyone know how to fix this?

Yes, I even cancelled my remaining exam to avoid any conflict of interest with my membership. I am a CPA exam candidate and Another71 member. This is my home, my destiny.

@Tim what browser were you using? Maybe this could help the situation.

Chrome. I was getting the same error as everyone else until today. Still not working for you I take it? Maybe it's only working for people who already had a signature?

Hmm, I am using chrome as well. Still not working for me. That could be it, seeing as they could not replicate the issue in testing.

Can you be more specific about the error?

Can you email me a screen cap?

I need something more to tell my developers.

It just keeps saying “404 NOT FOUND”. This problem with the signatures has been ongoing for 1-2 months now. For quite awhile, no signatures were showing up on people's posts, and the HIYA button wasn't either.

If you click Update Signature, it just says “You're not allowed to access this page.” I'm on Firefox.

Have them look at my account and see what's different. I was getting that same error they are getting where it said “You are not allowed to access this page.” Then a couple days later it just started working for me. I've also tried updating my signature in Firefox and it still works so it is not browser-related. I'm using the same computer I always was. It must be some flag or something in my user account settings.

leon – yes, we disabled the sig and hiya because they weren't playing nice with all of our systems … we have added them back, and are now working out the final bugs.

My programming ninja thinks this is a cacheing issue.

On another browser, clear your cache and see if it works, please.
