Can somebody clarify the MN education requirements to sit for the exam?

    I looked at the statute 326A.03 subdivision 3a ( https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/?id=326A.03 ), but I’m confused as to what it is saying…

    (2) makes it sound like I have to be within 90 days of graduating, while (i) makes it sound like I can be within 120 days of graduating.
