I am having a very hard time with the calculator provided on Roger’s McQ’s- what is the one in the actual exam like? Is it more like the one on the Ninja McQ’s where you can use parenthesis / order of operations or more like Roger’s which is just a straight 4 function causing you to have to do each calculation separately then combine them…. ex 4+2/2 or (4+2)/2 ?

and they ask me why I drink...

FAR- 61-next time I'll ask for lube instead of a calculator
REG-75- Never been so happy to see such a low grade
    BEC- 8/11
    AUD- 9/2

You can take the aicpa practice exam for your section to see.
Some prometric centers will provide a handheld calculator if you ask – you can call in advance to ask.

    FAR 7/25/15 76!
    AUD 10/30/15 93
    BEC 2/27/16 82
    REG 5/23/16 88!
Ninja Book and MCQ and the forum - all the way!!!
and a little thing i like to call, time and effort!
if you want things to change, you have to do something different

Thanks so much for the info! Haven't made it to the AICPA practice exam yet so that is great to know!

If I would know that I could do it I would have asked for a calculator in the prometric center. The exam calculator gave me a hard time in my last exam. One of the reasons was that the calculator button is near the exam exit button and bc of that I nearly submitted my exam incomplete by mistakenly clicking the exit button when I wanted to use the calculator at the beginning. It was very stressfull.

Ask for a calculator at the testing center. It is usually one of those big handheld types.
