    Hi there,

    I’m an international candidate.

Last month I have my foreign credentials evaluated by Josef&Silny.

However, the agency excluded my business law credits earned from law school. The lady in charge told me that it is their policy not to count business law as business credits. It is a general policy for courses completed at law school  and the only exception is a business law class completed at a business school.

So I want to know that if state of New Hampshire really adopts such a policy?

If I have the credentials evaluated by other evaluation agency such as FACS, will that make a difference?

My business law credits are as follows:

    Anglo-American Law of Torts,

    Anglo-American Law of Contracts,

    Law of Bills and Notes,

General Principles of Commercial law and Company Law,

    International Financial Laws,

    Intellectual Property Law-Trademark,

    Intellectual Property Law-Copyright,

    Insurance Law, Law of Bankruptcy,

    General Survey on Financial Law,

    Advanced Topics on Financial Law.

Kimiraikko- I'm not sure about New Hampshire's requirements, but Texas requires business law to cover UCC contract law to count for CPA requirements.
