I am moving to Boston this summer and begin work in September with one of the Big 4. I am trying to decide whether I should bring my car when I move and would rather not since it will be pretty expensive. I know public transportation is excellent and it seems relatively easy to use. My only big concern is not bringing my car and then being assigned to a client outside of the city.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

I moved to Boston two years ago…and while public transportation really is great here, I would still say bring your car. Public transportation is good for getting to and from work…but when it's time to grocery shop or go to the doctor or a night on the town…it's better to have a car for those things.
