Are you looking for accounting books? Are you an auditor? I have good recommendations for financial services auditors if you are interested.

Anything accounting career related. I don't work on anything higher than a review, but also I work on business valuations. And of course…. taxes.

This isn't career related, per se, but it is accounting related… I had to read “Stolen Without A Gun” by Walter Pavlo for a forensic accounting class, and I ended up really enjoying it. It's a firsthand account of how the author helped perpetrate the massive fraud at MCI/Worldcom. He also embezzled millions of dollars from the company himself, ended up getting caught, and went to federal prison. It's a really interesting read about what leads a person to commit fraud.
