Is this true?

What about if a partner is dead and he did not have 50% ownership, let's say he had less upon his death?

What happens then?

I just purchased the BOGO. Starting with REG. Pretty excited to get started and feel dumb to even ask this but where do I find the Notes, flashcard downloads, audio, book, etc. Am I blind? I have my login for the course and when I go into the course I see options for MCQ/SIMS and can get into Blitz and Ninja Plus but cannot find the notes, flashcards, etc? HELP! Thank you:)

And THANK YOU JEFF FOR THIS AWESOME BOGO SALE!!! Really made me just push the button even through I don't have my application in to get my NTS. (Waiting for fall semester to be over so I can send grades)
