Those of you who went through Big 4 Training did you find it almost useless? I was worried that I have not learned anything really, the senior associate/manager legitimately just read slides about auditing to us. We have done a few walkthrough simulations when we interview a client about what supporting documents we need, and that is basically the only real world thing I have learned. Most of the experienced associates said they did not even pay attention in training and just learned it all on the fly. Those of you who are Big 4 do you agree? I did not do an internship so I was hoping training would be useful
