Hi guys,

I worked for one of the big 4 (for a year) and now I’m working for a second tier firm (for a year and a half).

At my current firm, it usually takes 3 years for a staff to make get the senior title and so I’m still a staff.

Can you guys please tell me how possible it is for me to go back to big 4 with the senior title?

And do you guys suggest me to stay at my current firm until I become a senior?

yes i suggest you stay put, make senior, then look to bolt. big 4 probably wont hire u back in at any other class than experienced associate until you hit senior at your current firm. even then they might not take you in as a senior until/unless you have some senior experience.
