Are the BEC testlets the same as other exams where if a candidate is performing well they will continue to get difficult testlets?

I am waiting for a BEC exam score and continue to think that my second testlet was hard, third was way too easy. Hopefully I knew the material and the testlet was hard, but easy for me.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
