Hi Jchen. It appears to me if there are shifts in the international economy, a business would want to be agile to quickly adjust to the changes. Answers A, B, and C are good answers to achieve this strategy. Answer D, engaging in specialized production, is a limiting strategy for the company because specializing in something diminishes flexibility to produce something else. The second half of that answer sounds good, but that's where they try to trick you. Focus on the phrase “specialized production.”
