Hi everyone, this is a 2 part quetsion. I’m currently taking FAR on Oct 9th, should I schedule BEC at the end of Novmember or wait to find out if I pass FAR on November 4th?

Also, what course would you recommend for BEC? I’m a visual learner.

    Thanks!

My advice is, schedule the two exams in one window. As long as you don't push FAR back , you should approach it this way.

I used Becker for BEC and was kind of disappointed. I loved Becker for FAR and AUD, but for BEC, I wasn't as prepared as I could have been. I knew the entire Becker book- I read it like 10 times. Becker prepared me well for the stuff that was actually included in their material, but I was asked 15-20 questions that I had literally no clue what they meant- Becker hadn't even touched on it.

I don't know any other study materials as I have only used Becker. Becker prepares you extremely well for the material they cover, but I felt like they left a lot out of the BEC book. If I find out that I failed BEC, I will likely look into purchasing additional study material for the second attempt.

However, I found out that I passed with a pretty good score of 90 on BEC… so maybe Becker prepared me more than I thought. Or all (or most) of the questions out of left field were pre-test.

As expected, I found out this morning that I failed BEC pretty bad (53). Any tips on how I can pass this next time. Not surprised by this result, but definitely embarrassed for myself. What can I do to improve. Yet to receive my official score report.

Thanks in advance for your time and help!

@rp 12 definitely use NINJA MCQs. I'm currently using it for my retake and I'm finding that it asks me questions that no other test bank touches on. Trust me I've used quite a bit of other tests banks too so I know what speak of. 🙂
