@Baxter step away from the test bank!!!! You know this material inside and out. That 38% was nothing but nervous energy so disregard it. Don't do anything to undercut your confidence!!! No more MCQS for a few hours. Instead please go into your kitchen and pour yourself a small glass of wine and relax for 30 minutes. If you must do something exam related then read your Ninja notes with your wine. Please enjoy your dinner and after you have decompressed, try a few strings of MCQS and I promise with a relaxed and calm approach you will see 75%+ again! 🙂

That goes for you too, @sbarkerACPA!!!!!! 🙂

Keep up the good work and lots of unicorn dust and abracadabras to everyone testing this month!!!!

    AUD: 61, 71, 68, 92 DONE 🙂
    BEC: 76 DONE 🙂

Thanks Mints: I'm going to take you advice. My stress is extra high for this exam because my father's health is in decline. I want to be able to celebrate with him and I will be visiting with him during wave 2 score release. It is not likely that he will be with us in October so this means more to me than any of the others. I have done the hard work and I have to believe God is in it with me!! It's all still fresh with losing my mom last July and I just need a little “happy” for a change. Not to mention I just need to be DONE!!

I found out this evening that my dad's kidneys are function at 7%…down from 15% just five weeks ago. It has ruined my study plans for tonight and I'm discouraged to say the least. I did manage to do 30 MCQs over a weak area…but I'm calling it a day. My bag is packed and I leave for Peoria tomorrow at noon…exam Saturday at 8:00 am. I will review my NINJA notes and several difficult MCQs that I printed between now and then. It's in God's hands now…all of it!

@BaxterCPA…so sorry to hear about your dad. Unfortunately I know what it is like to have something “not so cheery” (for lack of a better phrase) happen right before an exam. (My estranged father died 36 hours before my last go around with REG).

My advice to you. Try and relax. You have studied so hard, you have drilled those MC and you know your stuff. You may be feeling discouraged now but remember you know more than you think you do at this moment. Read your NINJA notes when you can, maybe listen to the audio if you have it. Do a few MC questions here and there but don't go insane with them tonight. Have a glass of wine and try and get to sleep. We are all pulling for you!

Come test day, take your time, remember to breathe and remember to RTFQ! You got this. I hope more than anything you are celebrating a pass with you dad in a few weeks!
