Does anyone know if you are required to disclose a discharged bankruptcy on your license application? I realize that it will most likely not keep me from getting my license either way but I would rather not disclose this to my moral character references if I do not have to. They are mostly my co-workers.

The license questions are state dependent.
I do not think that is a reporting requirement in NY state, but not sure about your state.
