    Hello All,

AUD has officially been my most boring and tricky exam to study for!

I have only two weeks and currently hitting the MCQ’s hard.

I plan to continue this for one week and spend the final week re-reading my becker book from page 1.

Any thoughts on how to effectively utilize the weeks I have or should I even postpone. Not feeling ready at all!

Especially with the new exam 🙁

@QueenCPA, I think AUD is the one with the most memorization, so it sounds like you are on the right track with working MCQs and rereading Becker, but with the new format do not overlook the importance of SIMs, you didn't mention them in your 2-week review plan. Are you planning on hitting those?

If you don't feel ready, you can always reschedule. I think I would at least want to make sure I felt at least 70% confident with the material and if this is your first time taking it, I hope you have left a couple of days for review. If you have actual AUD experience the evaluation part should be easier. Good luck!

The CPA exam is a moving target. You'll never feel 100% ready, nor will you be.
Trust whatever review course you are using and just take the exam. Dragging it out is why a lot of people fail. And looking at how review courses score, I strongly believe it underreports how well you're doing so you don't seem cocky exam day.

Look at the Ninja trending post. Most if not all who passed, trended lower than their actual scores.

My motto, make your study periods short, intense and get it over with

I would maybe suggest tailoring the re-reading to sections which are weakest based on MCQ. If you are using Ninja, the progress report is key to assessing how well you are doing in any particular area… This way you aren't just re-reading everything….

I highly recommend you to focus in sims. As far as I saw, most people failed the audit exam only because of sims including me
