Hi ninjas! I am asking for advice on a couple things as I gear up to dive back in to my studies.

Background: I have passed BEC and REG and I am taking FAR next (my NTS is good until July 1). My last attempt at FAR back in the fall resulted in a 70. My AUD attempt in March resulted in a 71. I used Becker, but it expired last year, so I purchased the Wiley books off Amazon. I am scared with the new exam that my materials won’t be current enough. I have contemplated repurchasing Becker or trying Wiley, but I’m still looking at around $1,000. Would the Becker final review be enough, or just ninja mcq? I don’t want to break the bank since I already have so much money in these exams. On the other hand, if spending a little more means passing those two on my next tries, then it would be worth it. I was hoping to take FAR at the end of the month, but it is so busy right now that I will probably have to take it right on July 1. I would probably then do AUD maybe at the end of August. Any advice is very much appreciated!! 🙂 The new exams just scare me!!

    MCQ's MCQ's MCQ's

If you got the Ninja test bank, you should be good. Focus on trying to hit as much of that as possible and then some. Do you have the Ninja notes?

You can always supplement it with another test bank (plenty of threads on which may be right for you) but the books you bought online may not be worth your time depending on what year they were published.

I don't have Ninja notes, but I purchased notes from Superfast CPA a couple of years ago that have free updates. They are helpful for reviewing when it gets close to exam day. My wiley books were published in early 2016.
