If you mean “Do women find CPAs/accountants more attractive”, probably not. If they know much about the career, they know that it requires a lot of long hours for a long time. I'm a CPA and accountant, but wouldn't want to date one unless he was into a job that wasn't as crazy hours-wise. For a woman who doesn't know much about accounting, she may not know to be wary of the hours, but in that case I'd think she'd view it like anything other shirt-and-tie profession – if she likes professional look, then your suit would be attractive, but beyond that she wouldn't care what the profession is. I'm pretty sure the professions that are most attractive to women are considered to be those in uniform – pilot, police officer, military, etc., though I've never been a big uniform-girl myself, so can't say for certain. My man was a grocery store stock guy when I started dating him, so my own preferences are probably not your target audience for this discussion. 😉
If you mean “Do women find themselves wanting to be in the accounting career”, then I would say more than before, but that it's still not a particularly popular career with women. It used to be very male-dominated, and that is changing, but it's still not something that most little girls dream of. Nurse and vet seem to be the most popular ideas with girls, and as they become women, they often pick something else, but I still wouldn't say accounting is a particular favorite for women as a whole.
