Well, I decided to come back to the GYM, besides that I felt very exhausted with FAR and loosing weight, I felt sick because I stop doing exercise.

Today I came back to the gym after work and I couldnt do the regular routine I do (2 circuits in curves), I felt embarrased because a grandma was in the 3rd and was jumping like a young girl !!

For you guys that do it, how do you do? How do you organize your time?

I decided to work 3 days, go to the gym in that days and 4 days fully in AUD..

    Thanks

I was waking up at 4:30 so I could study for two hours in the morning and still have time to ride my horse and be to work by 9. Then I would go to the gym for at least an hour after work and then hit the books for another two hours. It was too hard to go straight to studying after working an 8-9 hour day. Hitting the gym rejuvenated my mind and body and helped me to better focus on what I was studying. You just can't slack and there's plenty of time in the day to get everything done.

+10 lbs and counting… office, NINJA audio, home, dinner, study, coffee, snacks, study, snacks, study.. well, you get the point.

I wanted to add that I DO think adding gym into the mix would be beneficial, but at this point I've chosen to just ride it out.

@F15hy what time do you go to sleep if you wake up at 4:30? I go to sleep at 1 and try to wake up at 6 to study before work but I always end up dozing off again..

Actually just got back from the gym.. Try my best to make it at least 4 times a week, but schedule is pretty crazy right now juggling work, MACC program, and studying for REG. Usually only get around 5-6 hours of sleep during the week and recoup on the weekends. Just keep telling myself I'm almost done with this madness!

Going to the gym and working out has been a part of my lifestyle for the past 5+ years. I normally go 5x a week for around 2-3 hours.

My schedule usually consists of work up until 3pm, rest and get something to eat, gym from 5-7, then study for the rest of the night.

    AUD - 01/18/14 - 81
    BEC - 05/29/14 - 85
    FAR - 07/18/14 - 81
    REG - 11/18/14 - 80

This exam stole my life from me for about year, I was not gonna let it steal my seXXXy body too haha. And like I'm sure many people can attest to, it really does help you to focus better if you're consistently working out.

We bought a treadmill in mid January and it's been the best purchase for our home in ages! I put on 15 pounds from 18 months of bad eating and sedentary living, so having the treadmill in the basement has been great! I'm following the “couch to 5k” running plan and it's making a huge difference. The workouts are appox. 30-35 minutes and we all can find 30 minutes IF it's important. I've lost 7 pounds already and can actually make it through the runs now without feeling like I'm going to barf! It's also nice that we don't have to get in the car and drive to the gym…no excuses when it's in the basement. Also we've had a rough winter in Michigan and I know that I wouldn't want to drive to a gym if you paid me! If you have the space and funds for a home treadmill then do it!
