Inquiring if anyone has any experience with business valuation. I have a family member who owns a restaurant business. They own the land the building is situated on, the ppe and there is also the cash flows. Any resources or ideas on methods utliized to put a value on a business like this for selling the business including the land and ppe.

Any guidance is appreciated.
