Everyone keeps saying how they feel like they got in the 90’s on an exam yet when they get scores they fail. Did anyone ever feel good about an exam and actually pass?

Yes, I walked out of the test with extreme confidence I passed. I would have been shocked if I failed (although during the wait for my score i kept convincing myself it was too easy and failed, the human mind is sick right?)

It's just that EVERYONE keeps telling me stories of how they were sure they nailed it and ended up failing. I took REG recently and felt it went well. Glad to hear it is possible to feel good after an exam and still pass.

Right after I took FAR and AUD I was very confident I passed, only because I knew that I did very well on the sims and figured I didn't do horribly on the MCQ. On BEC I was not confident at all, probably because there were no sims and I had no clue how my writing portion would be graded.

    FAR - 7/1/13 - 98
    AUD - 8/31/13 - 94
    BEC - 11/23/13 - 89
    REG - 1/13/14 - 86

Use the forum search function and you can find all kinds of threads and posts discussing your very question. There's plenty of people that feel that pass and fail, and plenty that felt like they passed and passed.

I felt good about my AUD re-take and passed.

Felt like I failed FAR but passed. I think it was because it was my first exam. Felt like I nailed AUD and got lower than FAR but passed so there is no rhyme or reason. For me, Reg sims were a bear and I feel like I bombed.

I thought I did pretty well on BEC and FAR and the results bore that out.

I thought might have failed Audit and did almost as well. REG was kind of in between.

    Reg - Passed 82 Nov 2012 - Becker
    Aud - Passed 86 May 2013 - Becker
    BEC - Passed 88 Aug 2013 - Becker
    FAR - Passed 88 Nov 2013 - Becker
