    Hey is anyone here a certified appraisal for RES. or commercial properties in NYS? Seemed like it is a great idea to get into especially having clients already (for those tax preparers) it may be a good idea to incorporate both together, wanted to hear any feedback from anyone who get’s involved in the appraisal business?
