Skynet good catch, it's in the compilation report: “The House of Lannister refused to provide budget to prepare the related statements of income, retained earnings, and cash flows for the year then ended.”

The amount of debt that the Lannisters hold is emphasized all the time and their motto is “A Lannister always pays his debts.”

I think the Iron Bank will definitely play into the downfall of House Lannister.
