Hey everyone this might be the wrong kind of place to ask, but does anyone have any recommendations for finance related books? I enjoy learning about different things that are finance related, but when I try to search for this online all I get is the typical “get rich quick” or “how to invest” type of books. For example, I recently read a book about high-frequency trading that I enjoyed quite a bit. Another example would be something related to the 08/09 financial situation. Anyone else into this kind of stuff that can chime in with something good? Thanks!

Not really finance, but “Economics in one lesson” by Henry Hazlitt is both really easy to read and also probably one of the best economics books ever written. Explains difficult economics topics in ways the average guy off the street could understand.
