Has anybody here had experience as a manager of a company that was purchased by a Venture Capital firm?

The details are tedious so I’ll leave them out but was your experience that it takes several months for all the moving parts to come together and make sense, or would you be concerned that 60 days later you still had too many unresolved questions? (I am the most senior accounting person, so its not like my boss is privvy to tax implications and requirements, etc that I am not.)

Yes I ask all the time but the answers are vague at best (not to mention the vc is so huge that I’m always told my email is being forwarded to another department), and I wonder if thats typical during the transition.
