Hello. My scores in FAR are 55, 54, 70 and awaiting scores this March 6. Since my last score was 70, do I have a change of pass this time or actually have dropped the score? Ive read that when you get between 70-74, with enough study you should be able to pass the next time. But I found the SIMS in this test very hard. Im not very good at journal entries. And my SIMS were all DRS. I know I did very poorly. So Im not very confident of passing this time either. I dont know. I cant stand for FAR again if I fail.

there is simply no way of knowing how you did until you get the score…I would say though if you do end up failing (which I hope not!) you can take a look at things you know are weaknesses (like JEs) and turn them into your strengths for the next time!

FAR was my hardest section. I took it several times, but finally passed. I had to retake sections that expired because I such a hard time with FAR. The 4 month break while they updated the exam didn't help either.

I fully believe part of it is the test you draw. The first time I took REG, I made a 66. I had completed all of Becker's review and was trending between 85-90% correct on all my practice tests and mock exams. The test itself had all kinds of stuff on it I'd never seen before. I sent off for another NTS, reviewed about 2 weeks, and made a 77. I probably didn't spend 15 hours reviewing before the 77.

    never give up.

    BEC - 8/8/16
    REG - 66, 77
    AUD - 81
    FAR - 9/8/16
