    Hey Guys

I need your suggestion. I have 2nd round interview at a regional firm. Can someone tell me how the 2nd round interview will be like. Would they take you out to lunch or would they ask you more hard questions. Please help me. Thank You

I had a 2nd round in-office interview with a regional firm in AZ pretty recently (got and accepted an offer). My experience: They hosted a social the night before and took us to lunch the day of the interviews. I attended the social but not lunch.

During the interview, they had an office set up for us, and 4 different interviewers rotated in. The questions weren't much different from 1st round interview. A lot of behavioral and situational questions. This time around though, each interviewer had a certain aspect they were focusing on. For example, one interviewer had questions solely about teamwork, another had some solely on experience, and so on. I wouldn't say it's “harder” but it makes for a pretty exhausting day. Make sure you're able to stay engaged and conversational throughout all the interviews and not appear tired by the end of it.

If it's the same situation as mine, the interviewers are seeing 4 different people each, so make sure you stand out. Don't get too robotic or give textbook answers to their questions. Be friendly, conversational and have good questions prepared.
