2 Research Questions Experience

I took an exam today and I had two research questions. Does the AICPA explicitly state anywhere that one MUST be a pretest if you have two?

I found an old forum on this site where it looks like both have the chance of possibly they both counted!

no rule out there specially said one must be pre-tested.

So, yes, there is possibility that they both counted!

I also had two research questions — would really like to find some literature explaining if one is a pretest or not.

Would not be fair for someone else to receive a nasty (multi point) SIM and have it thrown out vs someone getting two research SIMS, which are more or less easier, and having other nasty SIMs count toward the scoring (If that makes any sense…)

There is speculation that the verbiage on the AICPA website implies that the TBS consist of one research question … I read it on here before since this issue gets brought up from time to time. By that logic, one would be pretest by default. However, I don't think we will ever know for certain.
I have sat for 5 tests and have never gotten 2 research sims.

Don't worry about it. I got two research questions in my REG. I thought I did terrible in the exam. I end up passing it. Maybe both are not Pretest. Who knows!
