So I started working full time at a Big 4 firm in July, and was thrown into an on going audit engagement, and it’s been about 5 weeks.. I mainly performed Walkthroughs and testing for different accounts. I asked my senior for informal feedback and we met for that in person. She did not give me any negative feedback. All she was saying that she was very happy about how I did and that I should continue what I’m doing. I had a list of questions/areas and she answered them all with a positive thing without specifying certain behaviors/conduct/attitude/skills/characteristics.. etc

That just doesn’t make sense. I must have screwed up at some areas or messed up some stuff. I was late sometimes, sometimes I wouldn’t follow instructions.. etc.

I asked her if there is anything that I should work on/improve for future, and she said no!

WTF? this is bullshit. How do you ask for feedback? And how do you ask for improvements? I know I’m not perfect so her feedback is useless to me,
