Yeager CPA – Corporate Tax

5 hours of lecture and I feel like I didn’t learn much of anything when working on the Wiley test bank. Property and partnership seemed pretty good with Yeager, but this part didn’t seem very helpful. Any thoughts for additional supplement?

I agree. I didn't learn much from those lectures. I did the homework without much success. Then I listened to NINJA audio and followed along with my notes from the Yaeger lecture and the Ninja notes and it came together. After that, redo the homework and it starts to make sense.

I am using the NINJA notes and I look up specific topics in the Gleim books. Everything is covered in the Gleim books to the smallest detail.

The Wiley book is pretty good for corporate tax; just review it by yourself without Phil bantering on in the background. In my opinion, the corporate tax stuff is really “dumbed-down” on the actual exam… without disclosing anything, I felt it was quite elementary with what was being covered in Wiley.

Anyway, if you understand what's in Wiley, you're good to go for REG in terms of the corporate tax stuff.
