I’ve been using Yaeger Homestudy for REG and plan to sit for for the exam in April. So far, my experience has been great. Although the material is dry and boring, Yaeger explains the information in detail which is helpful for someone who has not worked with taxes in years. I also wanted to comment that I sent Yaeger an email last night at 8p for help on some MCQs and he responded the same night so we could schedule a time to discuss the following day (which happened to be a Saturday during Easter weekend). Sure enough, I spent Saturday morning speaking with Yaeger on some problems and felt so appreciative that this kind of support exists. Moreover, he offered to ‘drill’ me on Monday and let me know if I’m ready for the CPA exam. In today’s world, it is difficult to find this kind of service in any type of business. I truly felt that Yaeger cared about me passing and not just about making money. In fact, he told me if I did not do well on the ‘drill’, he would send me a CRAM course for free. I was like wow, I have not received an Easter present for years lol But, more importantly I was touched by the human aspect in that this person really cares about me succeeding although we’ve never met. I’m not sure about the other CPA study programs but wanted to make note about my experience so others can better determine which program to choose.
