Trying to decide which area to study last the day before the test? The test is Friday and I will be studying all day Thursday? SO which one do I end with, Taxation or Business Law? Thanks….

You really need to look at the CSO's.

Tax is a LOT more of the exam than business law.

Speaking of the CSO in relation to Becker, I am a little confused why Becker decides to devote an entire 3 chapters to B Law even though it is worth 20% of your exam while Corporate Tax is only a portion of 1 chapter.

Ethics, Professional, and Legal Responsibilities (15% -19%)
