Hi, I am using cpaexcel, and Ninja. for certain topics there are differences in answers depending on which year you use. such as the Affordable care act questions. Study material such as blitz videos show 2014 penalty amounts. Ninja MCQ wanted 2015 amounts for an answer. Will the real exam ask for 2016 amounts?

Cpaexcel and Ninja both talk about 2015 as the latest year in some of their topics. I am not sure what to expect for a REG exam in 2016

If you sit prior to June 30, you will be tested on the 2015 amounts, if you sit after that date you will be tested on the 2016 amounts

Thank you, I am still a little confused for Due dates for returns filed by entities. My exam is Prior to June 30th 2016.

for exam purposes, what is the due date for partnership, corps S and C, individuals? I know for 2015 income due in 2016, partnerships switched from 3rd month to 4th month. what does it mean for my exam though?
