What are the most difficult concepts that you need to know for REG?

    What would you bros say are the hardest concepts/calculations to know for REG? So far I am just on the property transactions section which encompasses section 1231 gains, like-kind exchanges, involuntary conversions, etc. and this shit is pretty rough. Is this as bad as it gets?
