what are the differences between 2012 and 2013

    I failed REG in 2012,twice. I was using yaeger 2012. is there any differences between 2012 and 2013?

    shall I get updated prep materials or just keep using the 2012 one?

    there are some changes to certain exemption #s. but besides that its the same
