    Does anyone know if the $2400 excludable rule still applies? It is in the 2010 Reg book, but according to the IRS website, the entire amount is included in gross income. Any help is much appreciated 🙂

    I believe, the 2010 tax rules should be on the exam as of 7/1/10. You'll know which answer is correct on the exam.. surprisingly they don't try to trick you like that. It's like the insurance deduction, that one keeps flipping back and forth.. … the answer is obvious on the exam. Don't sweat the small stuff! 🙂
