As someone studying for FAR now, haven just taken reg after a previous fail, I think FAR is 10x worse. In my opinion, the becker mcq for tax was pretty much on par for the test. The business law, however, I felt was a little easier on the test. The NINJA section of bus law is pretty much all you need to know for the test. For tax, definitely know the basis and focus mainly on the becker highlights. The good thing is that tax is only 4 chapters, so you can practice it a lot and eventually it will come to you. But what do I know lol

@etcetera HAHA, once you pass one an exam the next exam is always the worse than the previous one. FAR is probably harder than REG overall, but we romanticize our past accomplishments by saying, ahhh AR wasn't bad, but forgetting all of the days we worried about not being able to pass and failing another Becker practice exam.

REG is tough, especially if you don't have any tax experience. make sure you understand b-law, but you have to know the tax stuff to pass. Make good use of looking at tax forms. Hey, it's the last one! You can do it!

For the first time in my life, I actually knew how to answer REG sims lol. Honestly, this time around, I would be more surprised if I didn't pass. But then again, you never know with these things.
