In a nutshell:
As is expressed with respect to goods purchased through but not withstanding in conformity of the expressed or implied warranty subject to UCC law wherein the price of the good is the object in which the contract states, but is not limited, the sum of all damages above the amount that therein lies in conformity with common law limited by the statute of frauds not to be held as punitive damages against the buyer or considered as nominal with respect to cover the buyer may have in which the seller, with respect to fraud, as it is outlined in the contract unless the contract is covered under the statute of frauds.
