So I am really confused with tittle to goods.. so this is what I understand, please help me out!

1. Tittle – generally passes based on the contract terms

2. when no terms are agreed, on delivery to carrier.

so what is confusing is when I read that tittle passes on identification of goods ? Title passes from the seller to the buyer only if the goods are identified in the sales contract. Can some one please explain this in contrast to the above ?
