What is a good allocation of time for REG? I am wondering if 40/40/40/60 is viable. 40 minutes per testlet and 60 minutes per simulations. I have heard that you should set aside around 70-80 minutes for simulations, but based on what I have experienced the last time I took REG, an additional 10-20 minutes on sims would not have been much help.

My REG sims were ridiculous (hard). I think 40/40/40/60 is a good strategy. The sims seemed like you either knew them or you didn't. Not too much time was needed. Good luck!

    BEC - 97
    AUD - 98
    FAR - 90
    REG - 94

I would suggest aiming for a 25/25/25/105 split for REG. That was my goal and I was able to devote an hour and forty minutes to the sims. It definitely helped as I had plenty of time to review and found some errors during a final review that I was able to correct. I had two research sims with one that I don't believe I answered correctly. I used every second I was given and didn't feel too rushed during the sims. One of my sims I was completely clueless on but after reading through the IRC I believe I answered it mostly correct. At a certain point I think candidates spend too much time over analyzing mcqs they don't know the answer to and may never get right. My thoughts were review the flagged mcqs but at a certain point just move on to the next testlet without waisting precious time. Good luck!
