I’ve passed the other 3 sections of the CPA exam, but I feel worried about regulation. It seems like the MCQs in regulation are the most tricky. Anybody else feel this way? I hope I’m wrong! Please tell me I’m wrong lol.

I think AUD was the most tricky. REG is more straight forward, just a lot of rules to remember.

@latenight…we are on the same boat. REG just has lots of material to cover. I think they are all tricky, but not overly…I am on B-Law right now, and I am not sure how much I retain the tax portion I studied couple weeks ago…

I have mine coming up on May 30. It's those little things like “if you're a merchant, then this, otherwise, this…” for example. And yes, it's like a million different rules depending on slight variations. I stopped reading the book and am just doing MCQs up the butt. haha.
