Not feeling great but with so much info in that business law section who really would be!?

Anyways, I am feeling good about the tax stuff, I am a tax professional in public accounting that specializes in individual and partnership tax so I am not too worried there.

UCC, surety, offers, acceptances, ect. have me down a bit. I am extremely proficient I have noticed in the 1933 and 1034 acts and all of the registration exemptions and all of the defenses and common law stuff so hopefully ill be ok.

On all questions just about I am proficient enough to narrow them down to two on the UCC stuff so lets hope I pick right today !!!!!!!!

BTW, ill say this. REG definitely was not the easy exam I thought it would be. With all of that information, I seriously think it could be dumbed down a bit. That much detail of business law really isn’t applicable to this profession. Just saying.

If it makes you feel any better, I would say that 90% of the point value of my exam was tax stuff. If you truly understand your tax concepts, you can pass this test without having a strong grasp of business law concepts.

Well….done. Not sure how I feel grade wise. I don't want to speculate. However it was easier than I thought it would be. Although it could be that I was doing horribly and that whole increased difficulty if you are doing well thing didn't kick in.

Anyways, way for tax heavy which is good. Especially the sims. The sims were just ok. I got one with some funky stuff on it which tripped me up but it's all good. The rest I am feeling just ok about.

Feel good about multiple choice. The business law ones did not get nearly as in depth as my Wiley book did. Good heavens that Wiley book is a bit overkill. No wonder I was so nervous about all of it.
