    Hey folks! Can you guys help me understand what this question really means…

    “A subsequent holder of a negotiable instrument may cuase the discharge of a prior holder of the instrument by any of the following actions except

    a. Unexcused delay in presentment of a time draft.

    b. Procuring certification of a check.

    c. Giving notice of dishonor the day after dishonor.

    d. Material alteration of a note.

    Can someone give me an example …. or scenario…. for all points? What does it mean “unexcused delay in presentment of a time draft”?
